1. How quickly can I expect my résumé once you get started?



Once you send us your current resume via email, we will start editing immediately. Your completed resume is finished depending on your availability for feedback so the typical turn around will be up to 24 hours on your final satisfaction. 



2. Do you use a standard template and basic questions to collect information?



Yes. Just let us know what type of job or field that you are looking for. For example: "I am looking forward to work in the retail field." As we work in the Human Reosurces industry, we know exactly what the retail buisness require. Also, as we look at your current resume, we will add keywords, change the format and possibly change the grammar. 



3. Can I provide feedback and direction on how my résumé is written?



Absolutley! This is a client led process and I would like to be enaged in your comments, questions and concerns. The greater the feedback, the more powerful your resume stands out.

The revisions are unlimited in the process of editing up to 24 hours after order. 



8. What about file formats?



Your final resume will be sent via email as unprotected and finalized within Microsoft Word or PDF. 



9. Do you guarantee that I'll find a job with the resume you create for me?



No, we cannot make that guarantee. We do guarantee that we will create a resume that has a finished touch with your accomplishments, skills and abilitites to attract employers relatable to your role. 

 

10. What if I can’t find the résumé you created for me or my computer crashes?

 

We will keep your resume on file up to 90 days so if you ever lose it, we will be happy to send you another copy. 



11. What about updates in the future?



Please maintain your latest copy. If you would like future edits, it is a charge of $20 flat rate. ï»¿



12. How do I make a payment? Are credit cards accepted?



We use PayPal only  at this time. You can setup an account via Paypal which is the safest metho. In addition, you can link your bank accounts and credit card information including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and much more.

13. Any tips on jump-starting my job search?



You can always use indeed.com, Careerbuilder, Monster, Craigslist, Department of labor directory, or even LinkedIn which has several job listings. We work with temp agencies as well so we can refer you to a job listing that may become avialable. 



16. What about security and privacy?



I do not need a lengthy disclaimer as to privacy and security as this is my business and I am your résumé writer. I do not subcontract. I do take your security and privacy concerns very seriously and can guarantee that all of your information is completely confidential and information as to my clients is never shared with anyone for any reason.
